Knezha is a town in Pleven Province in northern Bulgaria.

The town s name is most probably derived from the Slavic word knyaz (`prince, duke`), most likely after a local ruler that

defended the population in the area during the Ottoman rule of Bulgaria. In the town there are many shops, restaurants and

pubs. There is also a zoo, a football stadium and old church.

The climate in the area is temperately continental. The

summer heats are long-lasting, and the winters are cold. The average annual temperature is 10-12 degrees.The location is

magnificent - around the house there are many small hills and picturesque woods. It is perfect for holidays and good rest.
